New in WinTuning 2.7 (May 29, 2013)
- Added digital signature of CWTuning Software for all files of the software (software verification);
- Changed the way the tweaks are viewed: now text and graphic tips are placed directly under the tweaks (better usability). For those who like the old style, it can be returned in program Settings window;
- "Software Updates" Utility: added the ability to download the updates with interface of the Utility (all updates are downloaded to the "Downloads" folder - by default C:\Users\%USERNAME%\Downloads);
- "Software Updates" and "Uninstall Manager": fixed procedure of finding of installed programs: the Utilities did not find some of the installed programs;
- Fixed crash when checking invalid registry entries in the utility "Registry Cleaner";
- When installing the icons of the WinTuning utilities will be included to the "Start" menu;
- Fixed some errors.
New in WinTuning 2.06.1 (Mar 15, 2013)
- Fixed error "Failed to get data for IoPageLockLimit" when running "Hardware" Utility after upgrading from previous versions of WinTuning;
- In utilities "Data Recovery" and "Disk Space Analyzer" fixed errors when trying to get data about A:\ and B:\ disks in case the user system has interface for it;
- Fixed some errors.
New in WinTuning 2.06 (Mar 11, 2013)
- Added a utility that allows users to create their own tweaks ("Manage" button in the windows with tweaks);
- Most of the tweaks were transferred from "Hardware", "Security", "Internet Optimization", "Desktop", "Window", "Start Menu and taskbar", "Explorer", "Loading Optimization" to the new format (files with .wtTweak extension);
- Added "Windows 7 Elements" > "OS Interface and Core" Utility (the tweaks that are not correspond to general format are included to this utility);
- Fixed errors which are leads to "no responding" status in "Software Updater" and "Uninstall Manager" utilities;
- Fixed issue with displaying icons in the "Registry cleaner" Utility;

- Added "Disk Space Analyzer" Utility for complete control over the space of your drives;

- Added ability to search by name of utility included to the program. It will help you to quickly find the right tools;
- Added ability to run utilities through a program icon in the Notification area (system tray);
- "Clipboard Monitor" Utility: Added ability to view the archive of images and textual information that are placed to the clipboard;
- Added tweaks management system that allows you to restore the values to its default state, save them to a special file and load from the file (for transfering to other computers);
- Added ability to change the software mode (for the current user / all users) in the process of setting up the OS, in the window of the program;
- Various fixes and improvements.
New in WinTuning 2.03 (Jan 20, 2012)
- Added "Data Recover" utility to restore accidentally deleted files from Recycle Bin (or by Shift Delete);
- Added two different themes of the main window and for some utilities. You can change it;
- Fixed a bug in the "Windows 7 CleanUp" utility when check/uncheck the items next to the required sections;
- Fixed a bug in "Rename Files" utility when renaming function starts;
- Fixed a bug in the help system in the case when Adobe Reader program is not installed on user`s computer;

- Fixed and improvements in the "Software Updates Checker" utility:
- Change version detection algorithm;
- Fixed the error when trying to save user data on some OS;
- Fixed function of detecting of available updates;
- If there is an update for a program you can select the program and click the webpage link to go to the program webpage and to download the update;
- Added hotkeys for the main operations: Ctrl + S - check updates for all, Ctrl + Shift + S - check updates for selected, F5 - refresh the list of installed programs;
- The block of the main operations to a program (show profile, show program folder, etc) was merge into the Information block and it was placed to the bottom of the utility window;
- Short tooltip about the utility you can see if you move the mouse cursor to "Help" link at the top of the utility window;
- Fixed the error when pressing the Fix button after the program is running;
- Fixed small errors.

- The program interface was translated to the Brazilian-Portuguese and French languages. We wish to thank our users Paulo Schulz and Hovsep Avedissian. Language files were added to the main installation package;
- Tweaks / Explorer / Control Panel objects manager: added the ability to create objects (items) of the Windows 7 Control Panel (Devices and Printers, Administrative Tools, Personalization, Windows Firewall, Parental Controls etc.) at any place of your hard drive. Also you can add these elements to the "Computer" window;

- Fixed the "Disk Check" utility when trying to check the blocked disks. The error messages were "Error: Drive Not Found" and "Error: Drive in Use". Now the application asks the user to check these disks after the reboot;

- Added Startup Manager utility to manage and tweak autostart section of Windows 7.
- You can optimize your computer by deleting unnecessary items from autostart section or you can just turn off some of them.

New in WinTuning 1.02 (Oct 2, 2009)
- Extremely improved the core and interface of "WinTuning 7: Windows 7 Cleanup" (the Utilities section). Now you can clean browser cache of Internet Explorer, Opera, Firefox, Google Chrome, clean the recent documents information, the Jump Lists, reports, log-files, Icon and Thumbnails cache; also you can delete recent User files and recent Windows 7 files, prefetcher-files, unnecessary shortcuts and Windows 7 update backups. The cleaning of junk-files will have a good affect for optimizing of Windows 7. Fixed some errors.

- Added new module: WinTuning 7 Clients Control Center (WT7 3C). This is a special function, based on client-server technology for tweaking and optimizing a lot of computers in a Local Network by only one click;
- Added the ability to change the appearance of WinTuning 7 (skin, theme). You can change the WinTuning 7 appearance in WinTuning / Settings / Appearance -> Theme;
