  • Added the ability to edit multiple listings in the Listing editor. Simply select a bunch of listings (or Listing Templates), click on the Edit button and each selected listing can then be edited in the editor without the need to Close the editor. Simply, use the newly added Next and Previous buttons to navigate to each selected listing.

  • Added the ability to Bulk Edit eBay Site for Listing Templates. So, it is now possible to Duplicate templates for say US site, then, using Bulk Edit to change US to UK site.
  • Consignor Policy: Added the ability to now define a fixed amount to charge every time you listed before finally the sale happened. So, say, you listed an item three times before it finally got sold, so, you can now specify how much amount you wish to charge every time you had to list.

  • Moved Auto List field from Bulk Edit to Listings Grid context menu. The context menu therefore has two new options: "Turn Auto List ON" and "Turn Auto List OFF".
  • Simplified Managing Listing Templates. A Listing Template can no longer be submitted as a Listing on its own since the whole purpose of a Listing Template is to provide default values for the creation of a new listing. Thus, by definition, a listing template is NEVER has ALL its data fields fully populated, and therefore, is not in a position to be submitted to eBay. Besides, normal functions like being able to Create a new Listing Template, edit, duplicate, delete templates, now, there is a new button "Create Listing from Template..." just above the Grid.

  • Changes done in this version:
  • Earlier, when you double-click a Sales Record, the Buyer's address was automatically copied over to Clipboard so that it could be pasted in any other text document like in Notepad. However, the Buyer's address had Country Code (Like UK). In this version, it will display full country name (if available from eBay for that sale record).
  • The user interface will now display country-specific dates and amounts. Like in Germany, for amounts, decimal and comma are interchanged as compared to US. Similarly, dates are formatted according to your specific computer settings.
  • Ending Listings in Bulk -> Optimized for performance

  • Added support for Gallery Type in the Listing (and Listing Template) editor. Gallery type can now be selected from the dropdown. Valid values are: None, Gallery, Plus and Featured. Featured may not be supported by some eBay sites and/or categories. Upon creation of a new listing, eBay may default None to Gallery, since on most sites/categories Gallery is a free feature.
  • Bulk Change now will support editing of Gallery Type
  • Create Listing (or a Listing Template) using a CSV file will now support GalleryType as a new column. Valid value is one of the values mentioned earlier.

  • When an existing listing is loaded in the Listing Editor, the shipping cost override grid is not populated with the shipping services of the selected shipping profile. So, you are forced to select a different profile and then reselect the original profile for the grid to show up. This is now fixed.

So, essentially, if the CSV file has a lot of unchanged rows, they will no longer be sent to eBay. This will result is performance improvement in such cases.

  • Fixed: Under some specific situations, upon submitting a listing with Item specific Brand correctly set, even then, an error message was coming that Brand must be specified.

  • System folder 'Out of stock' in Manage Listings, now INCLUDES those Variation Listings for which at least one variation is out-of-stock. Earlier, variation listings were not being accounted for.
  • Changed: Export Listings data as CSV for other e-Commerce sites: The Variation Quantity is now the quantity remaining rather than the original quantity. For example, if the variation quantity was 100 when the listing was created, subsequently 60 got sold, then, before this change 100 was being exported. With the change made, now it will export 40 (100 - 60 = 40)

  • Performance improvement for users having large number of user defined folders. Improvement is done in calculating the counts for each user defined folder.
  • Command buttons on Manage Listings, Manage Listing Templatesand Manage Sales are now simplified to avoid confusion. Single and Bulk commands are all now combined into a single button. For example, earlier there were 3 buttons for Duplicate (single record duplicate, Bulk Duplicate and Mass Duplicate). Now, there is just one Duplicate button and based on how many records (listings, listing templates or sales) are selected, it will decide which action to take. The same concept is applied across all single/bulk buttons and across all views.

  • Changes done in this version:
  • In Listing Editor, removed the link "Edit Shipping Costs" that used to open a new dialog to edit the shipping costs. Now, that ability is implemented in the listing editor window itself (so does not open a new window). In addition, ability to reset shipping costs back to profile defaults is also implemented.
  • The same functionality as (1) is also implemented in Quick Lister. The only difference is that in Quick Lister, there is a new link "Edit Shipping Costs" that will open a new window where shipping costs can be edited as well as shipping costs can be reset back to profile defaults.

  • Added the ability to CLEAR Item Specifics
  • Rationalized editing of those Unique Identifiers which are also displayed as Item Specifics. As eBay converts Unique Identifiers into Item Specifics, so, during the editing, WL was display the Unique Identifiers in its own Product Details section as well as under the Item Specifics section. So, editing was to be done at both the places in order to be consistent. This behavior is now changed. If a Unique Identifier (like UPC, EAN etc) is also an Item Specifics, then, the corresponding Unique Identifier is now displayed as READ-ONLY. So, editing must be done at the Item Specific level.

  • Advanced Search using Description field multiple times was having issues. Fixed.
  • Custom Field Name: If the name of a custom field was same as a system used name, it was having issues rendering the value of that custom field. Fixed.

  • Added back "Storage Location Bin" field in Product Details section of the Listing / Listing Template Editor
  • During Upgrade, WL will extract EAN from the Item Specifics of each listing and update the corresponding Product Details - Unique Identifiers section with the EAN if it's not already there. This was necessary because when we create a new Listing with EAN specified under Product Details - Unique Identifiers section, eBay may convert that to an Item Specific. Thus, refreshing the Listing back from eBay was wiping out EAN from the Unique Identifier section even though it is still there under Item Specific section. However, the negative side of this was that when EAN was included as a column in the Listing Grid, it's value was coming from Unique Identifier section and thus was also blank. The change done was that during Refresh of a Listing from eBay, if EAN is coming as an Item Specific, it will now ALSO put that in the Unique Identifier section as well as Item Specific section.
  • Create Listings / Listing Templates using a CSV file -> Added the ability to specify item specific names as INDIVIDUAL columns. E.g. If you need to specify an Item specific name "Type" and "Color", then, you can now define two columns. The column names MUST start with "IS:", thus, the actual CSV column names
  • would be "IS:Type" AND "IS:Color". This is much easier to specify individual item specifics than using a single column named "ItemSpecifics" (original implementation which is also supported).

  • Payment Profile: Now has a section to define Deposit details for eBayMotors
  • Custom Field columns if included in the Listing Grid, were not showing any value. Fixed.

  • This version adds the following new capabilities:
  • A Listing is now ALWAYS saved locally before it is sent to eBay except on Revise (Where it is sent to eBay first and then the local listing data is refreshed from eBay).
  • In Listing Template Editor, the data entered is ALWAYS saved before any action is taken (Like Verify, Submit etc)
  • Unless your preference is set to immediately upload pictures to eBay as soon as you Add them (to a Listing or a Listing Template), they will only be uploaded when you ACTUALLY submit the data to eBay. Thus, Saving a Listing or a Listing Template is way too much faster now.
  • A User Preference has been added to set the Maximum characters you can enter for Title, SubTitle and SKU. The eBay maximum are 80, 55 and 50 respectively which are used by Default.
  • Search and Advanced Search, no longer displays items that have been archived. However, an option has been added to include archived items, if you so desire.
  • Verifying a Listing or a Listing Template you are working on, no longer uploads pictures. Thus, the verification is done without sending any pictures to eBay. Since a few categories require at least one picture, the Verification may fail simply because WL did not send any picture to eBay. If this is the ONLY error message you get during Verification, you can simply ignore it.

New in Wonder Lister 01.03.0129 (Jul 23, 2015)

  • Ability to drag and drop pictures within the Picture wells so that it is now much easier to move the pictures around.
  • In Bulk Change, doing a search/replace in Title was converting the Title to all lowercase. Fixed.
  • In Listing Template Editor, when ever ANY button like Preview/Verify is pressed, the Listing Template is first saved and then the operation is executed, thus, all your changes made up to that point in time are now automatically saved.
  • A User Preference has been added to control the behavior of immediate uploading of pictures to eBay. Go to Tools -> Options -> Preferences. On the window that opens up, click on the Tab "Picture Upload Policy". You will see the option to disable this behavior.
  • In Listing Editor, maximum length of SKU increased from 31 characters to 50.

New in Wonder Lister 01.03.0126 (Jul 14, 2015)

  • In Listing Editor, Simple Editor and Quick Lister, when you add new pictures, they will now be uploaded to eBay right there. This should result in decent performance improvement because while you are working on other parts of the editor, the images will hopefully be done uploading. Thus, Revise, Create new listing, Revising a listing etc will be much faster as pictures have already been uploaded by the time you click on the corresponding buttons.
  • Since ability to Create a Product offline is no longer supported (See Features retired section below), in the Listing Editor there is no longer an option to Select an existing Product. This is no longer needed as ability to Save the listing itself has been there for several months now, therefore, there is no more a need to just create the product separately. {Listing Editor does this automatically]
  • In Preferences, added a section for Sales. As many large sellers use other application to manage their post sales process, you can now switch the Sales portion completely. If you do this, Sales information will no longer be fetched from eBay, thus, not only it will save on database space but also improve performance.
  • You can now hide a lot of sections you don't use. All this is thru your Preferences. For example, if you don't use Listing Templates, just switch it OFF in your preferences and the entire main menu Tab for Listing Templates and any option related to Listing Template(s) will disappear from the entire user interface. Same thing for say Consignors, Sales and so on. It is highly RECOMMENDED that you take a look at each preference and use them as per your needs to simplify the user interface.
  • When a Listing is archived, it will no longer be shown in User Managed User Folders also.
  • In Create Listings using CSV, along with True/False, system will now also accept 1/0.
  • Drag and Drop of Listings/Templates/Sales to folders is now changed. You have to Press CTRL key first and then drag the items to the folder.
  • You can now hit the ENTER key on the selected/highlighted listing/template/sales to open it in its corresponding Editor.

New in Wonder Lister 01.03.0124 (Jun 29, 2015)

  • Added new Preference option to hide Scheduling dialog in Listing Editor. This could be useful if you never schedule a listing rather always submit to eBay immediately.
  • Added ability to Drag & Drop pictures from one position to another thus allowing a very easy way to re-arrange your pictures.

  • Added new Preference options for automatic database backup. Now you can specify the frequency of automatic database backups as well as the directory in which to save the backups

New in Wonder Lister 01.03.0121 (Jun 27, 2015)

  • Earlier, you were NOT allowed to edit an Ended listing in the Listing Editor. Now, it will let you create a DUPLICATE of the Ended listing, so, the user interface is no longer READ Only
  • In addition to the previous issue, when an Ended listing is being duplicated, the original Ended Listing will now be automatically removed from the User folder in which the newly created listing is saved in. This allows your user folder to remain lean and mean without you having to manually de-clutter your folders as the listings they contain End
  • Added 2 new system folders to Active folder. They are: (a) Missing SKU and (b) Duplicate SKUs. These folders as their names suggest, display those Active Listings that have no SKU information or have a SKU in use by another active listing respectively. As eBay moves towards one listing per product concept, these folders will be extremely useful
  • In Bulk Change, added 2 new fields that now can be edited. They are (a) Consignor and (b) Consignor Policy. So, now, you can bulk assign consignor/policy to a bunch of listings (or listing templates)
  • System will now remember for each individual view (Listings, Templates, Products, Sales) the option you select to display your images either from Local path or from eBay
  • This version fixes the following issue:
  • Duplicating a Listing Template and Save Listing as a Template were broken. Fixed.

  • Implemented Drag & Drop of items into User Managed folders. You can drag multiple selected items by the Row header area and drop onto any user managed folder

  • Added a new preference to specify if you want a specific item (Listing, Listing Template, Sale, Product) to be associated with ONLY one or more than one folders.
  • Added a new preference to specify an auto-archive policy. The policy value can be one of "None", "Title", "SKU", "Both". If "None", auto archiving is disabled. Other values enable the feature. So, when a listing Ends, all previous matching already ended listings are auto archived. This is extremely helpful in keeping your Ended Listing system folder clean. Since, only latest ended listing would be there, it would be so much easier to Relist.
  • If your preference is set to NOT allow separate folders across items (Listings, Listing Templates, etc), then, when a Listing or a Listing Template is submitted as a new Listing, the New Listing will BORROW the same set of folders as the original listing (or Template) was in. This will save enormous time in putting the listings in the right folder(s) manually.
  • Added the ability to NAME your own Profiles. The name you give is shown everywhere. This is extremely helpful since eBay generated names are hardly human readable! Image 100's of shipping policies that eBay automatically generated with names like "Shipping Policy 020103920"!!! and you need to select one such policy out of those 100's!!! So, now, you can name it what you want and that's the name you will see everywhere else.

  • Fixed an issue due to which a sale may not get imported. Therefore, it is highly advisable to manually import your orders (Main menu option eBayUpdates -> Import Orders). Ideally, if you could import using the defaults provided (this will import all available orders from eBay). If this is not possible due to very high order volumes, then, import for 1st Jan 2015 until 14th Jan 2015.
