What's new in XJoy 0.1.9

• Adds full analog stick support (thanks @wormyrocks!)
• Changes the format of the input reports from 0x3f to 0x30
• Includes full debug mode dll files so people stop having issues launching (I give up trying to get it to work the proper way)
• Some beginning pieces of YAML/config file support
• Compatible with the new ViGEm installer
