- new build system
- updated prsinum and all source code to reflect new changes in it (migration to B functions) changed PrintSINum() calls to PrintSIqlongB()
- added noglob code, I think it was affecting the way spaces were handled in quotes.

- fixed display, was doing negative numbers, size was wrong
- fixed batch files to use -O instead of -O3
