Nov 26, 2008
  • Bulk Convert now allows multiple output file formats to be
  • selected enabling one to create ETI-1 and ETI-2 compatible
  • files at the same time. An extension of ".1" or ".2" will be
  • added to avoid name conflicts of the output files.
  • Bulk Convert now support OEBFF (.oeb) as in input format.
  • Microsoft Word conversion now honors the background color set in
  • Word.
  • Improved compression to reduces the size of the .IMP files created.
  • The Windows version of eBook Publisher now provides a bulk
  • conversion utility that allows you to easily convert single files
  • or entire directories from Word, PowerPoint or OEB using either
  • drag and drop or an interactive folder chooser.
  • The Windows version of eBook Publisher now supports import
  • of Microsoft PowerPoint presentations. This allows eBook-
  • targeted slide-shows to be easily created. It is anticipated
  • that a future Mac OS X native version of eBook Publisher will
  • incorporate this functionality.
  • When building content for the smaller grayscale device (e.g.
  • ETI-2, eBookwise-1150), the default font size used (in the
  • absence of an explicit font-size request) is now "small" rather
  • than "x-small," the default "zoomed-in" font size is now "large"
  • rather than "medium."
  • The interpretation of the CSS "text-indent" property is now
  • correctly implemented as relative to the current "margin-left."
  • A "." is now allowed as the leading character in a CSS value
  • (e.g. "margin-left:.5in").
