Nov 4, 2008- Fixed crash when recovering lost device with interlaced=true (thanks Fizick) and recovering lost device with bt=0 and sigma2,3,4 =sigma.

- Added sigma2,sigma3 and sigma4 and support for interlaced filtering. Uses the fastest fft code now.
