New in iSpring QuizMaker 6.0.0 Build 3229 (Dec 13, 2011)

  • Survey Quiz Type:
  • The new version introduces the survey quiz type that allows you to carry out research or simply collect a quiz-taker’s feedback. This quiz type is especially useful for creating questionnaires.
  • 13 New Question Types:
  • The list includes a whole pack of survey questions including Likert Scale, Short Answer, Ranking, etc. We have also added several long-expected graded questions like, for example, Hotspot, that requires marking certain areas on an image according to the task. Mixing graded and survey questions within one quiz is also available now.
  • Blank Slide:
  • Inserting a blank slide may fulfill a lot of requirements like providing additional information, using the slide for the individual feedback or creating the impression of several separate quizzes.
  • Answer Includes Image or Formula:
  • Use the feature when it is best to have an image or a formula as an answer to a question. If you are using text in answers, images or formulas can be a great illustration of what you mean. Supplementing a question with a formula is also available now. The support of formulas provides ample opportunities to create math tests.
  • Individual Feedback:
  • Create a quiz that reacts adequately to any answer to any question by providing individual feedback.
  • The individual feedback feature can be used to prompt correct answers during the study mode of an e-Learning course.
  • Branching:
  • Enable branching to direct the user to the next question depending on his or her current answer. Use the branching feature in tests when you need to choose questions considering previous answers.
  • Result Printout:
  • With new iSpring QuizMaker you can print out the results straight from the Result Screen. If the Flash quiz is taken on a computer with no Internet connection available to send the results, the feature can be very useful for reporting purposes.
  • Export to Microsoft Word:
  • The new feature of exporting the quiz to Microsoft Word allows checking the spelling in the quiz, accessing the multitude of Word editing tools and creating a paper copy of the test that may be very practical for the e-Learning process.
  • User Interface Facelift:
  • Enjoy the updated interface that has become even handier with its improved question list that identifies the question type and indicates if media content is attached or branching is enabled.
