- Enhanced GUI experience; graph values are displayed in a small yellow tooltip when the mouse hovers nearby. You can control whether to show the tooltips or not from the Options dialog.

- The newest version of im2graph introduces a new and improved automatic graph detection algorithm, especially suited to deal with low-contrast graphs.
- As a result, the threshold spin-control is no longer required and is removed from the toolbar (manually setting the threshold is still available from the Options menu).
- Also with the new automatic graph detection comes improved automated process area selection and an improved grid removal algorithm.

- The newest version of im2graph uses the color of the graphs for better patch selection (enabled by default; can be disabled from the Options dialog). There’s also support for deselecting patches, pasting images from clipboard, optimal view fit, CTRL-mouse click to select the process area. Version 0.25 also introduces significant performance improvements (mostly Linux) and important bug fixes.
