- 2nd level surface-based analysis using FreeSurfer
- FSL support up to 1st level analysis
- Better dirty-bit checking (actually looks at the contents of image
- files to determine whether the inputs to a module has changed). This
- allows things like SPM first level analysis to be rerun when the
- design changes or the preprocessing changes.
