  • Files List:
  • Fixed: Previous scanning wasn’t interrupted until its completion, by repeatedly pressing Shift+Alt+Enter or F3 in the same files list.
  • Fixed: Focus could be lost when navigating in some ways from Quick View into file panels. The Quick View was removed, but the focus wasn’t retained by the application, and the keyboard navigation didn’t work until clicking inside the window.
  • Fixed: In some cases navigation from a virtual folder to the upper level folder (Backspace) didn't work, e.g. for a folder of a disconnected device.
  • Fixed: The files panel wasn't activated by clicking on its folder tab, if Quick View (Ctrl+Q) was open before in the panel.
  • Pictures:
  • Fixed: The extended picture (Pause, Alt+>) could appear cropped.
  • Improved: Animation was optimized to improve performance of resizing of the expanded picture on sluggish computers.
  • Fixed: Fixed excessive jerking of the expanded picture while dragging from full screen to the normal state.
  • Search:
  • Fixed: In the file search window (Ctrl+F) information about selected files wasn't shown when navigating from the search history (Alt+Left/Right)

  • Modified: Quick Search in the files list doesn't automatically filter search results anymore, if the files list has some selected files.
  • Operations:
  • Modified: When moving, if any internal file / folder can't be removed, no repetitive message is shown for subsequent parental folders.

  • Files list:
  • Fixed: Fixed a small leak of graphics resources when scanning folder sizes (Shift+Alt+Enter).
  • Fixed: If missing the file modification date isn't shown for Copy / Save file list (Shift+Ctrl+C). Previously year 1601 was printed.
  • Fixed: The tip about time since file modification (on the file mark near its icon) isn't shown anymore if the file modification date couldn't be defined.
  • Operations:
  • Fixed: Files weren't removed to the Recycle Bin in the Flat View mode (Ctrl+B) or from the search results on files panel (Ctrl+F - Ctrl+Enter).
  • Pictures:
  • New: Animation of image maximization is played when the image approaches the edge of the screen.
  • Interface:
  • New: Animation of window maximization is played when the application window approaches the edge of the screen.
  • New: In the window title the system menu display mode is highlighted on activation, e.g. by single pressing of Alt.
  • Fixed:The Copy dialog box required two mouse clicks on the X button to be closed.
  • Miscellanea:
  • Modified: The registration window doesn't appear anymore until expiration of the 30 day trial period.
  • Files bookmarks:
  • Fixed: Marks of files (Shift+Alt+A, Alt+A) in the files list weren't visible on returning to the search results via the Navigation History (Alt+Left).

  • Files list:
  • Modified: Colors in the standard file list highlights were made more contrast.
  • Fixed: The file list wasn't refreshed on inserting a file from the clipboard via a context menu.
  • Fixed: After removal of a file from the folder with background updating of the list, the active element in the list could appear out of the visibility range.
  • Fixed: Positioning on the same file in the opposite panel (Ctrl+J) led to rereading of contents of the folder. That's prevented.
  • Modified: After showing the context menu in the file list refreshing of the file list was happening. Refreshing happens on a menu item selection only.
  • Fixed: The file list in other internal windows wasn't refreshed on inserting a file from the clipboard via a context menu.
  • Operations:
  • Modified: After joining files (Alt+M), when the final report about the result of the joining is shown, now at once file lists get refreshed and other operations from the operations queue continue to executed, without waiting for closing the message window.
  • Search:
  • Fixed: If option "Skip junctions during search" is selected in settings, file junctions didn't get into search results.
  • New: Virtual files can be executed (press Enter) when dropped from the search to the panel.
  • Fixed: Uploaded from the search virtual files were removed from the list after refreshing the file list. Now they get retained.
  • Editor / Viewer:
  • Fixed: On enabling the option to use external editors for certain files, the external editor would open files of all types, even not specified in settings.
  • Fixed: Fixed reports about unsupported functions for virtual folders when viewing / editing files (F3 / F4) . If an external editor is setup, the file is attempted to be open in it. If it is impossible to open the internal editor an appropriate message is shown.
  • Settings:
  • New: The "Next" button is highlighted until the first click in the Quick Settings for the initial start of the program.
  • Package:
  • New: This history of changes was added to the installation package of the program.

  • New: Background reading the list of computers in the local network or other virtual folders was implemented. That allows starting working with contents of virtual folders before the end of completing reading of the entire list.
  • Files list:
  • New: It's possible to work with very long file names now.
  • New: Highlighting of very long names (exceeding system restrictions) in the address bar of the file list and in the file list is supported now.
  • Operations:

  • Fixed: On background archiving the focus could switch from the main window to the packing window by itself at some moment.
  • Fixed: Interruption of copying from archives could happen without user confirmation.
  • Hot List:
  • Modified: The length of an automatically substituted file name is limited now on adding to the Hot List of a new element (Shift+Ctrl+D).
  • Settings:
  • Modified: In the Quick Settings window the first page is broken into 2 pages now.
  • Modified: On automatic display of Quick Settings on initial start of the program, now the buttons "Ok", "Cancel" appear only after opening of the last page.
  • Modified: In the Quick Settings window or in the group of Quick Settings opening of the necessary page by a click on a page bullet was made with animation now.
  • Inner windows:
  • Improved: Switching between internal windows was accelerated a little bit.
  • Editor / Viewer
  • Fixed: The confirmation dialog about reloading a file into the editor could be shown twice if repeatedly switching to the application with the open editor.
  • Fixed: In some cases Viewer / Quick Viewer incorrectly represented files, e.g. when editing and viewing the same file in the Quick Viewer (Ctrl+Q).

  • Other Changes:
  • Modified: A lot of time could be spent reading the drive label for an inaccessible network resource. Now that timeouts in 1 second.
  • Fixed: In certain cases an attempt to enter a protected resource resulted in an empty file list. Now the entrance doesn't happen anymore.
  • File List:
  • Improved: Display of sizes and labels of disks over file panels was optimized.
  • Modified: When the file list can't be updated (interrupted by the user, the resource is inaccessible) information about the current drive is preserved now.
  • Fixed: After displaying an expanded picture, files navigation could be slow down.
  • Ribbons:
  • Modified: When simultaneously dropping large number of files on a ribbon, button labels appear now on holding Alt/Shift/Ctrl at the moment of dropping, instead of dropping confirmation.
  • Fixed: A drop-down ribbon was closing after dragging tools in it.
  • Fixed: When dragging virtual objects on ribbons, buttons with start commands were created for objects of physical folders. Creation of buttons for navigation to folders was implemented.
  • Modified: The additional divider of ribbon tabs between a usual tab and a menu style tab isn't drawn. These dividers appear when there is no empty place between tabs.
  • Miscellanea:
  • New: The information panel (Ctrl+L) can now display the system running time over 49 days, 17 hours (Windows Vista and higher).
  • Folder Tabs:
  • Modified: On folder tabs with network paths the prefix "\\" gets replaced no more with "\:". It is also highlighted if the corresponding option is enabled.

  • Modified: A network resource is always attempted to be open now, even if it does not exist. Before availability of a network resource could be detected incorrectly, if the resource's computer wasn't engaged first.

  • New: New statistics items were added to the Language Editor: "Same", "Different" (to help with editing similar languages or different language versions).
  • New: In the Language Editor in the Mark / Unmark button the items "Unmark differences", "Unmark all" is added.
  • New: A dropping list with the "Mark different lines" item was added to the Language Editor in the Mark / Unmark button. Differences are marked with "~".
  • Fixed: Small dashes could be left over in the Language Editor when clicking in the statistics area on scroll up / down buttons.
  • Hotkeys:
  • New: Search of hotkeys was added to the Help on the Index tab.
  • Pictures:
  • Fixed: Viewing images in the file list on Windows XP pictures could be turned upside down in some cases.
  • Ribbons:
  • Fixed: There could be an error during dragging the tool on a ribbon.
  • Modified: The sticky chain of tools added to a ribbon, e.g. after dragging, now disappears together with disappearing of the corresponding ribbon / subribbon.
  • Modified: To open a program copy (without parameters) use the hotkey combination Shift+Alt+N instead of Ctrl+Alt+N.
  • Folder tabs:
  • Fixed: Multi-lines folder labels were collapsing in single-line mode. Now spaces divide lines.
  • Settings:
  • Fixed: Not all windows settings could be loaded on application start if the initialization file exceeded 32 MB.
