- Added export to HTML (so it is openable in a word processor).

- Added locale support. Though pgCal will take the locale installed by the system, it will be possible to change it to another one (this is important for displaying dates, for example). Also, when the locale is set to any variant of Spanish, the interface will change to Spanish accordingly (any other locale will trigger the English interface).
