Sep 30, 2010- Added built-in support for taking ownership and granting access:
- Improved speed
- Not dependent on utilities TAKEOWN and ICACLS
- No more system-wide flashing wait cursor
- Improved handling of read-only files

- Now works if your username has spaces
- Converted to C from C++ so the 64-bit version does not require some random GCC DLL
