The Bad A bad thing is that the page size is fixed. Because of this, you can't add a bigger text or more elements on the page. You will have to manually add the navigation. Another is that of using all pages instead of tiling graphical backgrounds.
The Truth Because this type of creating websites is mostly used by the beginners, I think Serif Webplus is one of the best freeware WYSIWYG HTML editors. It has a great deal of features and templates for a beginner. It's thumb up from me.
