Google Calendar Sync
Google Calendar Sync is an intuitive application whose scope is to sychronize data between your Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook Calendar accounts. It is very easy to work with it, since it includes few settings.
The installation procedure is rapid and does not require special attention. At initialization, Google Calendar Sync creates an icon in the system tray area that you can double-click to bring up the Options panel and make adjustments.
It is required to input the email address and password of your Google Calendar account. Synchronization is executed in one of three methods, depending on your preferences.
Therefore, you can sync both platforms, only Google Calendar events with the Microsoft Outlook calendar, or vice versa. In addition, you can establish the synchronization time interval (in minutes).
The application leaves a minimum footprint in the resources usage area, running on a very low amount of CPU and RAM. It has good refresh rate and performs well, without causing the operating system to hang, crash or pop up error dialogs. Unfortunately, Google Calendar Sync has not been updated for a long while, and it has remained in beta development stage.
