This is the portable version of EfficientPIM - an application designed to help you easily keep track of your daily schedule in a user-friendly environment.
Since installation is not required, you can place Portable EfficientPIM on a removable device (like a USB flash drive), plug it into any computer and directly run its executable file. What's more important is the fact that your Windows registry keys will remain unchanged.
The interface of EfficientPIM is clean and pretty intuitive. The tool allows you to set a new task, event or diary entry by specifying several parameters, such as subject, location, start and end time, priority level and comment.
Furthermore, you can create contacts and groups, add attachments and file links, enable recurrences, edit labels, backup and restore data, password-protect the software, import and export information, and others.
The program takes up a low-to-moderate amount of system resources, has a good response time, includes a comprehensive help file (too bad it doesn't have snapshots), as well as supports multiple languages, interface styles and keyboard shortcuts.
No errors have occurred during our tests and Portable EfficientPIM did not freeze or crash. We strongly recommend this tool to all users.
