The installation may take a while, as there are a lot of files to add to your hard drive. Afterwards, you can go through a wizard, letting you input information about your company, upload logos and data from QuickBooks, set up a general ledger account, payables and so on.
Seeing that this tool uses a cloud solution, you can access it through a web browser, from any computer and location in the world, while the interface is intuitive and very well-organized, benefiting from several tabs and a few navigation panels, so that you can quickly access all required information. Nevertheless, when considering the specialized knowledge required in order to navigate this app, it leads us to believe that not all novice users can handle it.
Add customer, vendor and personnel data
It is possible to input information about your company, as well as add an unlimited number of customers, along with details such as full address, company data, invoice terms, price level (retail, wholesale, distributor, variable) and taxes.
In addition to that, you can add sales personnel and vendors, as well as generate reports pertaining to customer activity history, customer list, inactive customers, vendor lists and labels and so on.
Create payments and bills, and generate various reports
This tool enables you to make bank deposits, create invoices, input payments, refund credit and create payment plans. Here, it is possible to generate related reports, such as credit card transactions, invoices according to state, sales tax reports, summary of invoices and sales profitability.
