Portable Organize:Pro is the portable version of the Organize:Pro which allows you to manage your tasks by running the app from a USB removable device. It features an intuitive interface that is able to handle both simple and complex projects.
You can create tasks by dragging and dropping files or emails in the main window or in the desktop toolbar. It can also sync your tasks by using cloud storage in order to share them on multiple computers.
The Pro edition includes access to the Project Dashboard and other additional features such as task progress tracking or security level selection. If you only need to manage personal tasks you can try the Organize:Me app which also includes a portable version.

What’s new:
· Organize:Pro improved formatted comments by adding copy and paste options with and without formatting and a quick insert shortcut to add the current date/time to your notes.
· Organize:Pro now additionally displays tasks by duration. This is especially helpful if you have “just some minutes”. You can now easily look up the most important tasks that can be finished in the time you have available.
