Introduces Concurrency with ActionScript Workers and AIR direct deployment

Adobe released the beta builds for Flash Player 11.4 and AIR 3.4. Among the features available is Concurrency with ActionScript Workers, which lets developers off-load tasks to background workers, thus contributing to more responsive content.

Furthermore, there is a new parameter to Context3D called "constrained profile." This permits Stage3D content to be hardware accelerated on more hardware, Intel GMA chipsets included.

On the same note, the new build provides webcam support for StageVideo, thus enabling hardware acceleration for video stream rendering.

Adobe AIR 3.4 brings to the table iOS 5.1 SDK support and iOS push notifications (uses Apple Push Notification Service and a third-party server that will communicate with the APN to generate notifications). Additionally, AIR applications can now be deployed on iOS devices without iTunes (direct deployment).
