Microsoft today released an update for Bing Ads Editor, a downloadable application that allows users to create and manage online advertising campaigns from the comfort of their desktops.

Probably the most helpful feature is the one that allows users to make their changes offline and apply them to their Bing Ads account when they go online, which means that a permanent Internet connection is not necessary.

There are no special hardware requirements and the application runs on Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7 and even Windows 8, although this last OS goes on sale next month. It installs and runs just like any other downloadable software, so no advanced computer skills are needed.

As always, Bing Ads Editor can be downloaded straight from Softpedia, and more screenshots are available on the program’s page.
