Microsoft has recently announced that MSN.com was included in the Bing Rewards program, thus allowing users to earn points by simply browsing the content published on the news portal.

As usual, the points can be then exchanged for gift cards and Microsoft Points, with the credit counter displayed at the top of the counter whenever you browse MSN.com.

“We launched the Bing Rewards program two and a half years ago with a goal of helping people discover new features, improving the search experience and rewarding people for their loyalty. Since then over 3 million members have joined and the program has grown from a standalone feature within the Bing Bar to a fully integrated aspect of the Bing web experience,” Microsoft explained.

At this point, MSN.com support in Bing Rewards is only available to US residents, while the Windows 8 version isn’t yet included in the program.
