Breezy, one of the minimalistic Windows 8 apps available in the Store right now, has received a new pack of improvements, as well as new options to provide a seamless experience to adopters of Microsoft’s new OS.

The official release notes published in the Store point to several bug fixes that should basically improve the overall stability and performance of the app on any of the Windows 8 builds currently on the market, be it the desktop or the tablet-oriented flavor.

In addition, this new version brings back the lock screen notification, so you can easily get the current temperature right on the lock screen, without the need to launch the app.

Of course, Breezy continues to be free, so you can use it at absolutely no cost on any Windows 8 flavor.
