Today, BurnAware utility received an update to build 6.9.1, which brings to the table mostly repairs that affected the functionality of the application.

The list of modifications also includes an entry about updating the translation files and the documentation of the application.

The current release tackled a bug that caused the drive to lock up after the disc burning process completed. Also solved is the problem with creating more than one copy of the same compilation.

Last on the list of changes is the promise that the disc verification utility can be launched without trouble after the burning session.

BurnAware is available in three editions, one of them being free of charge and more than capable of suiting the needs of the average Joe.

The Professional release is the most feature-rich of them and includes the possibility to write ISO images to multiple drives at the same time. You can check a feature comparison chart on the developer’s website.
