CCleaner 3.12 comes with plenty of new things and consolidates older features. It improves support for browsers still in development, such as Aurora and Chrome Canary; cleaning has become more efficient for VLC Media Player as well.
As far as the new additions are concerned, besides the support for the latest versions of Firefox, CCleaner 3.12 now includes secure deletion for Alternate Data Streams and cluster tips. Freshly added to the program is cleaning for network passwords and top sites in Chrome.
Additional programs CCleaner can now handle for redundant files are AVG AntiVirus 2012, avast! Antivirus 6, ACDSee and BitZipper.
Apart from improvements and new abilities, CCleaner has gone through some improvements itself, as bugs have been eliminated.
