14 DAY TRIAL // Piriform just launched a new version for their cleaning utility, CCleaner. The new version number is 3.21, and besides improvements for multiple components of the application it also brings to the table increased functionality.
The developer added support for Windows Server 2012 and Opera plug-in cache cleaning, as well as benchmarking for Cleaner summary results.
Improvements in this revision touch on the Startup Tool loading algorithm, Drive support in Drive Wiper tool, Font Cache cleaning and Wildcard behavior in search boxes. Furthermore, CCleaner 3.21 shows better System Restore discovery and Windows 8 identification.
Additional modifications in this release include support for cleaning Universal Extractor files and other minor user interface improvements and bug fixes. Check this page for the full list of changes.
