The first update of the year for Chrome Dev fixes webstore installs problem

This is the first update for Chrome Dev this year. It brings nothing new to the table, as the development team focused on fixes and improvements.

As such, Chrome Dev 17.0.963.26 comes with an updated JavaScript engine (V8 - 3.7.12.12), which features various performance improvements and bug fixes (in the register allocator, or the way code recompiling was handled).

Another modification that affects all supported platforms, except ChromeOS, is that webstore installs now work when the Downloads folder is missing.

Problems with printing have not been totally eliminated, as in this version of the browser one of the fixes addresses the display of error messages with HTML content.

Mac-related issues that have been fixed in this build refer to crashes when running on top of Apple's software OpenGL renderer and the fullscreen exit bubble's shadow on Lion (OS X 10.7.2).
