DVDFab received an update today, to build 9.1.0.5, which delivers a fresh interface and promises better user experience.

The numerous new features available increase the functionality of the package. The current release adds support for VC-1 interleaved video and new DVD protection. Furthermore, it includes Lightning-Shrink decoding and recording technology to use hardware acceleration and complete the task faster.

The developer announced that issues with enabling Intel Quick Sync hardware acceleration had been removed. Other glitches, such as failure to start fabcheck.exe occasionally or with lack of output file name in Video Converter have also been eliminated.
