New version speeds up file adding, updates Shell SDK

BurnAware has just been updated to version 4.5. The tweaking available in this version should make adding files faster and improve overall performance and functionality of the application.

This is a maintenance release, so no new feature has been introduced. The developer fixed an undisclosed number of minor bugs and also took care of more important issues.

The most notable among bug fixes is the hang up issue, which occurred upon loading large ISO files. You should no longer experience such behavior in the current release. Another bug squashed would mess up the calculation of the average BD write speed.

BurnAware is available in three editions, Free, Home and Professional, but at the moment only the freeware is updated to version 4.5.
