Fixes synchronization of icons on new tab page (NTP)

A new build for Google Chrome has been released on the dev channel. It is available for all supported platforms (Windows, Mac, Linux and Chrome Frame) and besides improving the stability of the application, it also solves synchronization of New Tab Page icons across different instances of the web browser.

Synchronization fixes relating to the NTP (new tab page) icons also correct the order of the items, with no gaps between them.

Several stability crashes have also been eliminated, some of them referring to the “--incognito switch.”

A bug was squashed (occurred on Mac operating system only), which caused trouble with the visibility of the mouse cursor. No cursor would be available upon closing a full-screen tab or locking up the mouse; only closing the browser would solve the problem.
