14 DAY TRIAL // FlashGot, the Firefox and Thunderbird add-on for downloading items, has been updated to version 1.4. It had only two release candidates before, which took care of a compatibility issue and a bug in HTTP Authorization data handling.
These were actually the only obstacles standing between a release candidate and the stable version of the add-0n. The compatibility issue solved by the developer in this revision of the add-on was with version 3.7 of FlashGet download manager, which is available for download on this page.
FlashGot works as an add-on for Mozilla Firefox (Thunderbird email client is also supported) and is designed to help you transform every supported download manager (and the list is pretty large for all major operating systems – Windows, Linux and Mac) into a download tool for Mozilla’s web browser.
