There is a new build for Google Chrome on the beta channel, available for all supported platforms: Window, Mac, Linux and Chrome Frame. It takes care of several crash issues as well as problems with the “Back” button hanging on a frequent basis.

The latest release of Google Chrome beta, 18.0.1025.33, comes with an updated JavaScript engine (V8 3.8.9.6), which sports performance and stability improvements on all platforms.

One synchronization issue has also been solved. The problem consisted in the fact that conflicting sync entries would also be synchronized. Starting this build, entries in conflict with server data are no longer transferred.

The problem with speech input bubble borders, fixed in the latest dev channel, has also been repaired.
