Encompasses stability fixes and feature improvements

As we already know that branch 963 of the dev channel will also be the same for the stable version of Google’s browser, we should not expect any new features for a while. And the latest Google Chrome Dev has been released in these footsteps.

As such, Google Chrome Dev 17.0.963.12 brings to the table only stability fixes and feature improvements. The list of changes is not too extensive, but it contains fixes to important components, like the Native Client.

In this case, the development team repaired out-of-bound memory access issue in a mouselock example from NaCl SDK bundle, where moving the mouse around for half a minute would cause the tab to crash.

Other fixes refer to the impossibility to disable cloud print connector and some issues with print preview function, where the menu would be active but not functional.
