Same features, improved stability, available in portable version

It did not take too much for the final version of TeamViewer 7 to be released officially. The beta popped up in mid-November and sported some very interesting features, especially for a freebie.

As far as the functions are concerned, the feature set is no different than the one touted for the beta version. The development team focused on eliminating any possible glitches in the release; portable version available here.

So the new version comes with enhanced multi-monitor support, built-in snapshot tool to capture images of the remote screen and a video conversion instrument capable to turn recordings into AVI format.

Additionally, you can now save the connection settings per computer. Thus, restoring the remote control session to a system is a simple task.

The application has also been adapted for hosting online meetings in an uncomplicated fashion. It offers the possibility to start meetings instantly as well as schedule them or accept mobile participation.
