A new build for Total Commander 8.0 has been launched today, with no fear of Friday the 13th. Bug fixes dominate this release, beta 16, but there are some new additions available, as well.

Now there are hints in the multi-rename tool for options 1x and [E], if translations are available. Also new is a change of attributes for F2 Load/Save combo-box, which can be set to the longest string.

The bugs squashed in this release refer to issues such as failure to use the scrollbar in directory lists with more than 65535 items. The fixes tend to take care of minor issues occurring both in 32-bit and 64-bit versions of the file manager.

Some of these include altering of the font moving cursor over current path with breadcrumb bar turned off or cursor not placed correctly when creating a folder in a ZIP archive.
