EagleGet, a simple download accelerator, received a minor update, to build 1.1.0.4. It features a few improvements and repairs and revised translations.

The fresh revision strengthened its plugin’s compatibility with Mozilla Firefox browser and enhanced the browser capture module; as far as this is concerned, users should no longer be faced with the redirect notification.

Also improved is the display performance of the graphical user interface.

Among the notable repairs introduced in this revision, the developer announced that the problem with the wrong file name via the browser’s context menu should no longer be present. Smaller fixes are also available, although there are no details about them.

EagleGet is a very simple download accelerator that does not offer granular control over the tasks. It is fit especially for beginner users, but more seasoned ones can also use it for faster downloads.
