14 DAY TRIAL // The latest experimental build for Dropbox shows nothing new, as it has been released only to fix tha xattr bug noticed in the previous version.
Dropbox Experimental 1.3.2 mends a problem with extended file attributes (xattr) syncing when unlinking or relinking a computer. This is the only reason for pushing out this version, at least on Windows.
On Linux systems, the developer improved the verification for extended file attributes and repaired a bug that prevented overlay icons from updating.
In the following days, the developer will deliver new builds at a very rapid rate in order to catch as many issues as possible and fix them up.
Although it may look pretty stable (we did not run into trouble ourselves), it is highly recommended that you make a backup of your Dropbox files before installing the experimental version.
