Two bugs fixed and one modification when processing the AUTH command

FileZilla Server has reached a new build and, just like in the case of the previous version, changes do not come in a great number. The three points in the changelog of version 0.9.40 of the application cover connection-related issues.

The new release comes with a firmer service that no longer crashes upon connecting with the administration interface when there are clients connected over IPv6.

You should now be able to see the correct connection state in the administration interface when the initial list of clients is retrieved.

Another change is that connections are closed if there is additional data in the input buffers when processing the authentication command.

At the delivering end of the server, there is FileZilla Client, which happens to be among the most user-friendly and reliable FTP clients on the market when it comes to freebies capable to transfer files through FTP.
