There is a new version for FileZilla Server available, which does not introduce features galore, but brings to the table changes designed to make it more efficient and stable.

The minor bug fixes and modifications available in FileZilla Server 0.9.41 include repairing of parsing of IP address filters ending with “:0” or equivalent substrings. Also, speed limits have been redrawn, as more than 64MiB/s is currently allowed.

Another entry in the list of changes refers to verbose error messages displayed if transfer connection cannot be established. In the current build of the application you should see more of them.

FileZilla Server can be used to allow access to your files to remote parties. For uploading files to an FTP location you should use Filezilla Client. Both applications are free of charge, distributed under the terms of the GNU General Public License.
