Mozilla has just released Firefox 22 Beta 2, a new testing version of the browser that packs several improvements and bug fixes.

Since it’s a beta, Mozilla has focused especially on the developer side of the app, so the second beta of version 22 now comes with improvements for JavaScript Maps and Sets, the HTML5 Sandbox, plus a new Markup Panel in the Page Inspector.

In addition, Mozilla has implemented several performance improvements and fixes for the “New Tab” page, while the build also addresses a bug in pointer lock that didn’t work in web apps.

Keep in mind that this is still a beta version, so you might experience some bugs and performance issues while using the app. As a result, you’re highly recommended to stick to the stable version that’s available to download from this page.
