Issues with local and remote delete operations get fixed

The latest release for FlashFXP is 4.2.5 and it does not bring to the table any new features, as it is a hotfix and focuses on repairs. The list of changes is a short one, composed of only three entries.

The new revision solves the problem with enqueued local delete folder operations that were ignoring the optional user-defined file mask and the include sub-folder settings.

Another fix addresses the remote delete operations problem, which would fail to execute when run from a scheduled task and displayed a user-interactive error prompt.

In the previous builds of the application, when downloading a remote file the wrong file transfer rule could be applied, if the connection was lost before transferring any data. This is no longer the case and, starting this build, the user-defined action for "On transfer error" rule is applied.
