Updates V8 and WebKit engines, high DPI favicons for internal URLs on Mac

Google released an update for Chrome Dev channel. The new revision is 23.0.1262.0 and it is available for all supported platforms (Windows, Mac, Linux, and ChromeFrame).

The changes in this build include an updated JavaScript (V8 3.13.6.0) and WebKit engine (537.10). Some crash causes have also been eliminated, as well as issues with the browser on Mac and Linux platforms.

The new V8 version adds validity checking to API functions and calls and activates fixed ES5 read-only semantics by default.

On Mac, the change consists in the fact that the favicons for chrome:// URLs (i.e. Settings, bookmark manager, history) are better looking because they are high DPI.

On Linux, the new sandbox should be more robust when denying socket calls.
