A new build is available for Google Chrome Dev, updating the web browser to version 19.0.1041.0. Among the modifications it features there are fixes improving stability and solves the issue with closing of the speech input bubble.

On 64-bit Windows 7 machines, the speech bubble would remain open, ready for more input after the results were returned, instead of closing on its own.

Stability problems fixed in this release include a crash that would occur on all supported platforms, triggered by accessing the “Settings” page in an incognito window. Also affecting all platforms was a bug that caused an error message to show up when choosing the browser areas you wanted to sync.
