With some delay, Google managed to have finally increased the version number for the Dev channel to 23, the latest build being 23.0.1243.0. The revision is available for all supported platforms (Windows, Mac, Linux and Chrome Frame) and integrates a set of specific fixes.

The modifications for all platforms include updates for V8 engine (3.13.1.0), which features performance and stability improvements, and Webkit (537.6) and SessionStorage being available on the disk and under the management of the session restore system.

On Windows, the developer solved the problem on XP with print preview taking too long to load.

On Linux, GPU rendering on NVIDIA cards should no longer fail if the kernel supports BPF sandboxing.
