On Windows, Google Chrome 18.0.1025.162 repairs an issue with Facebook page hanging and even crashing on some cases, especially on 64-bit platforms. This should no longer bother users running the current update.
Hybrid Graphics systems with GPU accelerated compositing enabled and Chrome set to high-performance mode would display a black screen during browsing. The solution consisted in disabling the image transport surfaces on AMD cards.
The problem on Mac was that HTML5 audio would not work on some systems.
