There are no release notes available for the time being, but expect HOTSPOT SHIELD 3.13 to be a bit faster and more stable on any Windows version out there, so a slight performance improvement should be noticed seconds after deploying the update.
Security has been greatly improved in version 3.09 when developers added complete malware protection, so the new update should also enhance the overall experience with the app.
Just like the previous builds, the new Hotspot Shield continues to work flawlessly on basically all Windows versions that are still supported by Microsoft, including the aging XP and the modern Windows 8. Both 32- and 64-bit editions should work just fine.
