OneNote is one of the Office apps that got a Metro version specifically designed for Windows 8, with voices familiar with the matter claiming that Microsoft is working to release similar builds of other productivity tools as well.

Since some users could find the Metro flavor a bit overwhelming, Microsoft has rolled out a tutorial to help everyone make the most of OneNote on Windows 8.

The video details the radial menu, as well as Windows 8 integration, including the Charms bar support to search and share notes created in the app.

As I’m sure you know, OneNote is offered free of charge to Windows 8 users, so you can download and install it on both laptops and tablets running the company’s new operating system.
