Development for XYplorer file manager continues this month, as another build of the application emerges. It is a maintenance release, designed to tie up loose ends left behind in the major version.

The set of modifications is quite short and refer to both Pro and Home editions. XYplorer 10.80.0100 touches on safety and accessibility by adding optional safety belts and wider support for large font sizes.

Strictly for Pro edition (reviewed here), the current release brings to the table a range of improvements as far as scripting is concerned. It comes with a more flexible HereDoc syntax and improved increment operator.

Affecting both editions is a modification relating to thumbnail display. The recent version of the application can show the dimensions on a semi-transparent background with no problem.

You can download XYplorer from this page; it is also available in portable version.
