Internet Download Manager 6.16 has received a new update that’s supposed to repair some of the existing bugs and improve the overall performance of the application.

According to the official release notes, build 3 comes with a “workaround for YouTube changes,” which most likely means that you’re now supposed to download clips posted on Google’s video sharing service a bit easier.

In addition, it also packs fixes for some unnamed bugs, so the performance of the app should now be greatly enhanced after downloading the new version.

Just like the previous releases, Internet Download Manager 6.16 build 3 should work flawlessly on all Windows versions, including the old XP and the new Windows 8. The trial version lets you try out the app for 30 days, while a full license costs $24.95 (€18.99).
