Malwarebytes Secure Backup completed the beta trial and the company released the first stable version for the product.

The application has been developed as an automatic solution for scanning files before backing them up, thus ensuring that infected items are not restored when the safe copies are needed.

Secure Backup is not limited to Windows operating system as it can also be used on mobile devices running Android and iOS.

Furthermore, a single license grants permission for making backups for all the devices and drives the user needs. For easy access and data recovery, the management of all safe copies is web based.

For security reasons, all files are first locally encrypted (AES) and then sent through an SSL connection. A custom encryption key can be created using UltraSafe feature, which ensures that no one but you has access to the backup data.

Malwarebytes Secure Backup is subscription based and the price is $29.95/ €22.84 per year, for 50GB of cloud storage. Other options are 100GB ($59.95/ €45.71) and 200GB $119.95 /€91.46).
