14 DAY TRIAL // A new beta version has emerged today for Maxthon, bringing to the table several repairs and new features, such as the much-awaited Extension Manager.
The change log shows that in the current release DeveloperTools is available in both English and Chinese. Also, window extensions are now supported, as well as the HTML5 full-screen API.
Improved in this revision is execution of JavaScript.
As far as repairs are concerned, Maxthon 3.3.7.600 fixes problems in the main frame, like icon sequence in the Side Bar, drop-down menu in Options being covered by Task Bar or failure to use the new tab when a new page is launched from Favorites Side Bar.
WebKit in particular but IE core as well, also went through a session of fixing. The development team worked on eliminating problems with displaying pages or lack of referrer in middle-click links. Check the full release log.
