Microsoft keeps investing big in Windows 8.1’s marketing process, so the company used the Golden Globes to promote its latest operating system using the well-known Windows Everywhere ad.

Of course, Windows 8.1 continues to be Microsoft’s big bet in the OS market, especially because the company is moving faster towards a new update that’s expected to see daylight sometime in April.

Windows 8.1 is the first major update for Windows 8, bringing quite a lot of improvements, including a new Start button that’s supposed to make the whole operating system a bit more familiar.

The upcoming update on the other hand, simply called Windows 8.1 Update 1, is supposed to include even more enhancements, such as a Start Menu that would help users get around the OS faster and easier.
